Introduction
The Owner/Chef, Kamal Mroke of India Bistro, has been in this restaurant business since 22yrs ago. He has always been enthusiastic and had love for food. He followed his ambition from very young age in teens. He started from scratch and today is one of the most popular person in this food industry. He is well known in his Indian community for his free services. Kamal Mroke travels every year to India at his home town to host his FREE Eye Camps only for the poor and needy people in rural areas of Punjab, India. He collects his own contributions from his sales in restaurant. His local clients also support this project. He always had a passion for food. He loves to cook and train his chefs himself. He likes to invent his own creations in Menu. He likes to entertain people in the front dining room. Frequently, he is seen greeting , welcoming a guest on the door and saying good-bye and see you later to his repeat customers. He likes addressing people with their names, very sharp memory even knows what you ordered on your last visit. He believes in satisfying his customers and provides them with excellent service, awesome food and relaxing atmosphere, all at a reasonable prices.Therefore, he makes sure everything is satisfactory at his place.

The Lunch Buffet which is very popular as for the working people at lunch breaks. They have to eat fast and be back in their seats at work. So you would often see local offices staff there, having their lunch and fun at the same time. The quick self serve service at lunch buffet is many turn overs of customers you would see there.
